Brooks Douglas is is an attorney, American film producer and actor, businessman, and former state senator from the State of Oklahoma. After graduating law school, he was elected as the youngest State Senator to serve in Oklahoma at the age of 27. His signature legislation was a 1992 bill championing the Rights of Crime Victims. He served in the Oklahoma Senate from 1991-2003. He also ran unsuccessfully for the U.S. House of Representatives in a 1994 special election.
Mr. Douglas earned his B.B.A, from Baylor University; his M.B.A. and Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University; and his Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
